- Most challenging days: (1) The flujometro does not work; (2) Going from bad to worse: Pepe's engine blocks (after trying to find the origin of the original problem)
- Life-threatening moments: Riding down (and falling on!) the Death Road; Descending into the man-eating silver mines of Potosi and witnessing a dynamite explosion from nearby; Jorg suffering from a HAPE (High-Altitude Pulmonary Edema)-like attack after pushing Pepe a couple of blocks around Uyuni (at more than 3500m height!)
